The 2026 Chuck Stone Program will be held in person from June 21 to 24. The program is for high school students who will be seniors in the 2026-2027 academic year. The program welcomes students from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and lived experiences. The 12 students accepted into the program will learn through classroom study, real-world reporting, newsroom practice, and mentorship from professional experts. The workshop will consist of multi-platform storytelling and writing, in which the participants work together to create a multimedia publication called The Mix.
